One Size Fits Most

1. Remove the wrapping and peel off the adhesive release paper.
2. Place the wider end of the incontinence guard at the top, inside the front of your underwear, and secure it with the adhesive strip.
3. To dispose, remove the product and place it in a bin—do not flush it down a toilet.
