Shipping
We offer FREE ground shipping on domestic orders over $50.This includes ground shipping to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Orders ship from Chicago, IL, and average 2-5 days in transit to the contiguous US. This service is available to physical addresses via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery and does not include shipment to a PO box.
We offer two shipping speeds:
- Standard: FedEx Ground or Home Delivery shipping throughout the US for a flat fee of $9.93.
- Express: FedEx 2nd Day express is available for an additional cost depending on order size. Delivery is in approximately 2 Business Days. Orders placed after noon ship the next day.
We ship within the contiguous United States to physical delivery addresses. We do not ship to post office boxes, APO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.
The Tena product subscription program has free ground shipping on any order of any size. It is an automated recurring shipment program and does require the use of a valid email address and either a smartphone or computer to manage your active subscription items on your Tena dashboard. Free subscription shipping is only available for subscription items and does not qualify other items in the shopping cart for free shipping. The additional items will qualify for free shipping if 1). They are changed to a subscription as well or 2). The combined value of the cart surpasses $50.
Tena.US accepts returns of unopened, unused product that has been purchased through Tena.US by our retail customers if returned within 150 days of purchase. Orders that are older than 150 days, may not be returned. Orders for Tena products that were purchased through other vendors, such as Walmart or Amazon, must be returned to the vendor the product was purchased from. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer product exchanges. Please contact customer service on the Contact Us page to request an emailed FedEx return label if your return qualifies. Physical pick-ups and return labels by mail are unavailable.
All shipment confirmations with tracking are sent by email once an order is shipped. Additionally, you can view the status of your order on your account dashboard by logging into your account here.
