What is our Subscription Program?

Our Subscription program is a great way for you to get the best benefits possible.

With our subscription program, you can:

  • Get 10% off every purchase, permanently.
  • Get free shipping on all subscription shipments, regardless of size.
  • Control when your order ships, and the frequency of how often it ships (as short as every two weeks, or as long as every six months).
  • Adjust the shipping date, product quantity, or even skip your next shipment.
  • Cancel any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find the product you’d like to setup subscriptions for on our website, select the ‘Subscribe and Save’ option on the product page, and then add it to your cart.

NOTE: Our subscription program is automated, it requires signup through our website with a valid email address. You can use computer or smartphone to login to your dashboard and manage your subscription services. You cannot sign up for a subscription by placing your order over the phone.

No Worries! Tena also provides free electronic return labels for all returns within 150 days and there are no restocking fees for our retail consumers, so you can rest easy. Just email customer service and we’ll email back a return label; the refunds go right back on your original method of payment. Please click here to view our return information.

Unfortunately, we are only able to change the size on a subscription item, such as from a medium to a large. Since subscriptions are specific to the products, we cannot keep a subscription active while changing the product itself. To change the product on your subscription, simply cancel your existing subscription item and place a new order on our website. You will enjoy the same great 10% off and free shipping on your new subscription item.

All subscriptions can be managed from one single screen on your dashboard. Click here to login to your account and select SUBSCRIPTIONS to manage your active subscription.

You can:

  • Change the ship date of your next order.
  • Send your next order now.
  • Skip the next Order completely.
  • Change the product size using the change product button.
  • Change or update payment method.
  • Change your shipping address.

 

Have more than one item on subscription? You can access all items on active subscription from the same screen by scrolling down on the page.

We do offer electronic return labels and there are no return fees, however, all subscriptions will continue shipping until you turn them off, so you will still need to visit your dashboard and cancel your subscription if you receive an unwanted box. We send an upcoming subscription order reminder by email a few days before your orders are sent as well to help you stay on top of your current active subscriptions.

We are sorry for your loss and would be more than happy to help in any way we can. Every box we send has the original order number at the end of the PO and reference Fields and any order placed through Tena.us begins with 1121- (example image below).

Please use the Contact US form with this number, ask for a return label, and then explain the situation. Please mention that all subscriptions need to be canceled for this customer, some people frequently have more than one product type on an active subscription, and you will want to cancel any other active items before they ship.

We unfortunately can only cancel subscriptions placed through the TENA.US website and cannot cancel any subscriptions that might be through other retailer websites such as Walmart or Amazon; you will need to contact those vendors directly if we are unable to find an active subscription.
