Standard Shipping

TENA.us is excited to offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 or more (excluding taxes) and $14.95 flat rate ground shipping for orders below $50 within the contiguous 48 states of the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Terms & Conditions for Free Shipping Offer on orders $50 or more:

• Product purchase, after any other discounts and excluding taxes and shipping and handling fees, must total $50.00 or more to be eligible for free shipping offer.
• Offer valid for ground shipping to one destination in the contiguous 48 US states only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
• Qualifying orders must select ground shipping at checkout in order to be eligible for promotion.
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase. Cannot be applied to previous purchases.
• Valid only on orders placed on TENA.us or via phone to TENA Customer Care.
• Offer subject to change or discontinuation at any time at the discretion of Essity Hygiene and Health AB.

TENA.us orders are typically processed until noon ET, and are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is received. TENA.us Trial Kit orders arrive within 10-14 days from when the order is received. If you place an order after noon and need it expedited, please call 1-866-ASK-TENA (1-866-275-8362). Orders are shipped from one of our distribution centers for delivery across the country. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route. Standard shipping orders generally arrive in 2-5 business days, but in some cases, such as cross-country shipping or weather or transit related delays, delivery may require more than 5 business days.

Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and International Orders

Additional charges may be applied to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Once you have entered your shipping information during checkout, you will have the option to select an expedited shipping method for each recipient. Any additional fees will be shown based on the shipping method selected.

Orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed before 12pm EST.
